General Terms and Conditions

Placing an order does not bind the customer to pay for the order directly. Orders are always paid for by invoice. Pickup orders can be paid for if necessary by mobilepay, in cash or other payment methods available in web store. Card payments are not accepted if you buy on site.

Photo engravings and other customizable products include the price in the webshop, but the price is only an estimate and may be slightly below or above the defined price. The price will be clarified as the order progresses, and I always try to go through the order carefully with the customer before sending the invoice. I will process the invoice as soon as payment is received or if the customer sends the payment receipt. The payment deadline is always 14 days from the delivery of the invoice. Currently, I operate alongside my regular job, and all work is done practically in the evening or on weekends when family commitments allow. Please keep this in mind and do not assume that the product will be sent to the workspace immediately after pressing the order button 😊
