Laser processing of Wood and Plywood

I can engrave text and vector images as well as photographs onto the surface of wood. The engraving above is text and a vector image that has been engraved to a depth of about 1-2mm into radiata pine.

3mm plywood cut into shape and engraved with measurements and date as well as the name of the competition.

An example of an earring box made with a laser, which has been glued and treated with rustic wood oil.

The earrings are also laser cut from thermally treated walnut wood, and they have been sanded and finally treated with wood oil.

The maximum processing area of the diode laser for engravings and cutting is 810x810x150mm
The cutting thickness with the diode is approximately 8mm for birch plywood.
The optical output power of the diode is 45W

The processing area for the Co2 laser is 600x305mm. The maximum cutting thickness for plywood is about 10mm (the quality of the cut has not been tested). According to specifications, raw wood can always be processed up to about 20mm (e.g., pine)
